UAV を用いたMarshall諸島共和国Eneko島における有孔虫ハビタットマップの生成

This study aims to investigate the distribution pattern and ecology of the foraminifera in the Majuro atoll, Marshall Islands. We conducted a field investigation in September 2018 using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), since UAVs are suitable for high-resolution photography. But several problems were found in high resolution image processing of a water area. Therefore, in this study, the past data processing method was checked and improvement method was proposed.
