レビンソンの成長モデルを用いた理工系女性のキャリア形成に関する事例調査研究

This study showed the result of a case study about the carrier formation of the science and engineering wom-an, which examined the interview data with the same question items of questionnaire survey in Tsubaki, Ma-sui and Suzuki (2021)using a growth model of Levinson while considering the viewpoint of the Well-being type of the woman, who grew up by what kind of process, and achieve a state of well-being in detail.
