Abstract

Information technology in disaster response support is expected in floods and landslides, which are becoming larger, more widespread, and more frequent due to climate change, as well as in huge earthquakes, such as the Nankai Trough earthquake, which is feared to occur. Civic Tech in disaster risk management will be discussed with some practical example in recent disasters.
