We proposed an infection control level chart as a tool for self-diagnosis and improvement of air quality management in a nursery school as a representative example of a social welfare facility with a high degree of difficulty in preventing infectious diseases. The results suggest that the assessment of facility and ventilation capacity and infection management capacity, which were established based on statistical analysis of the results of a trial diagnosis as an online questionnaire, can provide a policy for activities to control outbreaks of large clusters of infectious diseases.
