Hinohara Village has implemented various measures to combat population decline, but the decline has not been halted. With little flat land and the current situation making it difficult to attract large-scale businesses, promoting tourism that makes use of nature is one effective measure. In this study, we consider how smart tourism can be used to increase tourist interest.
