We developed a method to quantitatively assess the adequacy of information networks for supply chain (SC) management by key subjects. Focusing on the differences in the structure of information networks for each type of information, dividing the information network into some subnetworks according to the type of information, and evaluating each subnetwork. Then, the evaluation index SCV is obtained as the weighting level of each subnetwork, and the information network is comprehensively evaluated as SCV. The quantitative evaluation method of the SCM information network developed was applied to GSCM (Green Supply Chain Management), an initiative that aims to achieve both economic efficiency and reduction of environmental impact in the entire process of providing products and products to consumers. This quantitative evaluation method was used for the GSCM information network, which added the GSCM Environment as an evaluation to the Demand, Inventory, and Capacity of SC. Next, using this quantitative evaluation method, we evaluated it as a case study of GSCM using a production seating system that uses a platform for the delivery adjustment work of plastic wires.
