Although local activities are actively conducted by each community association, the community associations with different historical cultures are weakly linked to each other, and face challenges such as the need to foster new industries. This study presents the results of analysis of factors for improving the present and future well-being and regional elements of Hinohara Village using SHapley Additive exPlanation, a type of interpretable machine learning.
