抄録

Fuzzy c-Varieties by Bezdek et al. is an fuzzy clustering method whose fitting prototypes are hyperplanes and the orthogonal distances from points to the planes are minimized. Since each plane corresponds to the space spanned by the principal component vectors, we apply this clustering algorithm to community medicine cost for simultaneous analysis of clustering and principal component. The entropy regularization by Miyamoto et al. is introduced to the Fuzzy c-varieties algorithm.
