Recently, importance of neurorehabilitation under a finding for the plasticity of the brain has been recognized. In the present study, as fundamental study to innovate a finding of the brain science in the walk rehabilitation, we measured the change of cerebral blood flow during locomotion using 2 kinds of exercise instrument by functional Near Infrared Spectroscopy, and relationships between the changes of cerebral blood flow and muscle activity of leg and effect of the exercise instruments were investigated.
