Lifestyle-related diseases are caused by smoking, overweight and stress. But a daily health check is important because the symptoms are clear. We develop diagnostic software that visualizes the state of the blood vessels using the regular SOM, and we perform with it a synthetic plethysmogram diagnosis of 4 elements in the map, referring to : 1) the state of the blood vessels on the map, 2) the looseness of the positions on the map for several pulse waves, 3) the number of heartbeats/minute, 4) the variation and stability of a heartbeat. Also, the change in the relation between the pulse wave and each clinical condition can be visualized.
