前腕への表面電極刺激用マッピングと動作再現実験(一般講演D,生理計測)

抄録

The objective of this study is to assist the movement of hand fingers by FES (Functional Electrical Stimulation) and to establish the control systems of the finger of patients with C5 or C6 spinal cord injury. Forearm mapping was tried on its muscle of a healthy person. The mapping allows us to choose each muscle which can move finger and wrist. Especially, we could examine individual movement of four fingers except the first finger by smaller mapping of flexor digitorum superficialis muscle (FDS). The following movements were reprodced successfully : palmar flexion and dorsiflexion of hand, grasp of finger, pronation of forearm, individual movement of first finger and four fingers except the first finger, specific movements of hand-finger.
