抄録

This paper, we proposed the decision of electric parts using subtraction technique consider tendency of pixel level gaps. Simple subtraction technique can 't vanish a pixel when compare images has gaps. Therefore we extend subtraction area to neighborhood pixels. Then adapting the fuzzy theory, we forecast tendency of pixel gaps and decide subtraction area. We named this method "fuzzy filter". Finally, experimental results show that the accuracy of "fuzzy filter".
