this study aims to classify the shape of maxillofacial skeleton and find relationships between maxillofacial skeleton and swallowing function．We used SOM2 for the shape classification and CCA-SOM for search the relationships．Previously，We use shape address for CCA-SOM．But We tried to use SOM2’s unit for CCA-SOM．Results show that We cannot find the relationships by using both methods．Next plan is execute CCA-SOM by using less-dimension maxillofacial skeleton data.
