It would be more practical to represent the human relations using a fuzzy graph rather than a crisp form such as a hard cluster. According to the data obtained from several questionairs, we could measure the connectivity degree among members and construct its fuzzy graph. Applying the fuzzy clusterings and orderings, we have developed an analysis method of a sociogram which was proposed by Moreno. In this paper, we would not only discuss our analysis method, but also show its practical effectiveness through the case study.
