The influences of physiological and psychological factors should be taken into account for accurate evaluation of ride-quality. Psychological effects of 165 subjects on board a ship-motion simulator were measured by means of questionnaire survey. A mathematical model using fuzzy measure theory was proposed to analyze the psychological change of subjects during exposure to low-frequency whole-body oscillation.
