5.造影された甲状腺腫瘍のフラクタル次元(画像解析,一般講演,医療とヒューマンフレンドリーコンピュータ科学の接点を求めて-21世紀マルチメディア医療をむかえて-)

抄録

The enhanced CT patterns of the thyroid glands in patient with malignant thyroid tumor were compared with those of benign by measuring the fractal dimensions which were estimated using the box-counting method. The mean fractal dimension was 1.404 ± 0.038 for the malignant tumor and 1.268 ± 0.023 for the benign (P<.001). Concequently, the fractal dimension is useful as a numeric grading of the complexity of the enhanced pattern of thyroid tumor.
