Understanding complex many-body systems such as living lives is a very difficult, and therefore chalengable problem. Here we overlook various approaches from microscopic or from macroscopic point of views. We focus our attention to the recent idea, so-called living machine. The idea is first devide the lives to parts, and consider them as molecular machines, then understand them from physical rules. We show this view point is actual and fruitfull.
