We have studied saturated noble-gas effect on multibubble sonoluminescensce from water at 1.1 MHz using helium, argon, xenon. Sonoluminescence spectra in the three cases revealed continuum component and three peaks around 312 nm which are arisen from vibronic transition of OH radicals. The relative intensity of the OH radicals peaks suggested that more violent condition at bubble collapse is expected in descending order of xenon, argon and helium. The continuum spectra indicated that higher temperature is predicated in descending order of xenon, argon, and helium if the black-body radiation model is assumed.
