Abstract
Fluorescence material is not only used for a fluorescence lamp, but actives widely as a luminescence device of a display. BAM is a blue fluorescent substance that consists of aluminates, and gives strong luminescence. But BAM has a problem of heat degradation. Therefore, we remark the substance that consists of aluminoborates. In this study, Ca(Al4-YBY)O7 (Y=0.0∼1.0), which is the compound between CaAl4O7 and CaAl3BO7, were synthesized and their luminescence properties were measured.
