Abstract
Detailed examination towards utilization was carrying out about the influence of the solution concentration in the low-temperature-synthesis of yttrium hydroxide. Each solution concentration appreciably influenced the characteristic of synthetic powder, finally the transparency of a sintered yttria body. Hydrostatically pressed at 100MPa, and then fired at 1700°C (for 2h) with the vacuum electric furnace well transparent yttria ceramics was obtained.
