Abstract
Soft Chemical Property such as intercalation and Silylation of Layerd Zirconium Phosphate were examined. The intercalation property of alkylmonoamine was examined with different C number (1—9). Via intercalation treatment, interlayer spacing increased with longer the alkyl chain of amine. Therefore, the layered zirconium phosphate was found to be intercalated with slkylmonoamine to expand interlayer space. Since the interlayer space was expanded, silylation reaction was carried out at that space. With silylation treatment, interlayer space was confirmed to be pillared and the porous powder with Sa of around 150 - 220 m2/g was obtained.
