Abstract
Layered titanate H1.07Ti1.73O4 was exfoliated into nano-sheet by reacting with n-propylamine solution. The H1.07Ti1.73O4 thin film with preferred or ientation can be obtained by dipping a metal substrate in the nano-sheet sol solution and dry. The titanate thin film can topotactically transformed to a titanium oxide thin film with preferred orientation by heat-treatment, and to a BaTiO3 thin film with preferred orientation by hydrothermal treatment in a Ba(OH)2 solution.
