Abstract

Sr₂FeMoO₆ is one of the promising CMR materials, because of its superior MR properties at low applied field at room temperature. However, long time heat treatment at high temperature was required to synthesize Sr₂FeMoO₆ by the conventional method, causing the degradation of film quality. In this study, the low temperature processing of Sr₂FeMoO₆ thin film is investigated by the chemical solution deposition method.
