Abstract
Phase transition in CaBi4Ti4O15 thin films depends on Pt bottom electrodes. Matching of the atomic arrangement of Pt to the Ca-Bi-Ti-O thin films was predominant. CaBi4Ti4O15 thin film crystallized on (200)-oriented Pt at 650°C showed c-axis orientation. In contrast, thin film crystallized on highly crystalline (111)-oriented Pt at the same temperature contained pyrochlore grains which were about several 10 nm in a diameter and located in the interface region, showed P-V hysteresis loops.
