Abstract

A homogeneous and stable SrTiO₃, Nb:SrTiO₃ and LaNiO₃ precursor solution were successfully prepared by chemical solution deposition method. SrTiO₃/Nb:SrTiO₃/SrTiO₃ layered film on LaNiO₃ electrode prepared on SiO₂ substrates exhibited reproducible non-linear I-V characteristics and these results lead to the realization of novel electronic device through CSD.
