Abstract
A novel ceramic sensor material which can detect force or pressure has been developed. The material is ceramic composite which matrix is ZrO2. By dispersing piezoresistive material, La1-xSrxMnO3, we put the sensing capability of force or pressure to the material. In this report, effect of Sr Substitution in ZrO2/La1-xSrxMnO3 were investigated. The resistivity and temperature characteristics of the composite could be controlled by the Sr substitution in La1-xSrxMnO3.
