Abstract

The tin oxide nanohole arrays have been prepared by an anodic alumina in ammonium hexafluorostannate at room temperature for a few hours. Pt electrodes were sputtered on the tin oxide nanohole array. NO2 and H2 gas sensitivity of SnO2 nanohole array was evaluated.
