Abstract
Electric properties of La-(Mn, Fe)-codoped BaTiO3 ceramics sintered in air or Ar were studied. PTCR jump of 0.2mol%La-0.04mol%Fe-codoped BaTiO3 sintered in Ar was 3 orders of magnitudes, being much higher than that of La-Mn-codoped sample.
