Anodic Aluminium Oxide has attracted increasing attention in recent years due to their utilization as templates for nanosized structure such as magnetic, electronic, and optoelectronic devices and filter such as plain filtration, filtration of a microbe and a bacterium as well as matrix for culture and nano particle distributor for size. Although AAO has great advantages of application and fabrication, there are some difficulties not only to use in practice but also to treat it because it has weak mechanical properties. In this study as one of the solutions the morphology change of nano pore channel and the phase transformation of AAO were investigated by heat treatment under various temperatures, and the index of seperation & purification was identified by particle size analyzer, FT-IR,TEM, etc.
