Abstract
Dielectric barrier materials of Ca1-x SrxTiO3 were fabricated at low temperature by using Li2Si2O5 as a sintering aid and their mechanical and dielectric properties were systematically investigated. They were successfully used as dielectric barriers to break CO2 by dielectric barrier discharge plasma in a planar reactor. The CO2 conversion was much higher when used Ca1-x SrxTiO3 barriers than that used Al2O3 and silica glass.
