抄録
The present study demonstrates that H2SO4 treatment provides higher photocatalytic decomposition efficiency on gaseous toluene under a proper condition. This result is attributable to the accelerated decomposition of intermediates by surface strong acid itself or resultant high quantum yield by suppressing the recombination between electrons and holes on the powder surface.
