Conductive alumina ceramic was prepared by gel-casting method, Ag/Carbon black nanocomposite was prepared by a simple chemical reduction method.The electrochemical catalysis of raw- and Ag-modified-conductive alumina forward oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) in alkaline solution has been measured.Accordingly, the structure of conductive alumina and Ag/C has also been analysed.The results show that the co-existed alumina particles and nano-carbon network (NCNs)bring high electric capacity and electrochemical active sites.At the same time, the interaction between silver and NCNs is also observed.
