家族歴が癌発見の契機となった若年性S状結腸癌の1例

抄録

A 25-year-old man visited our hospital because of anal fistula. He had many colorectal cancer patients in his family. We performed colonoscopy and diagnosed him as sigmoid colon cancer. Sigmoidectomy was performed. Operative finding showed no metastasis. Histological examination revealed that the cancer was well differentiated adenocarcinoma, se, n (－) .
The patient is well and has had no sign of recurrence for two and a half years since operation. After sigmoidectomy, operation for anal fistula was performed. We recommend that younger generations of HNPCC family should have the large bowel examined and we should make efforts to detect colorectal cancer.
