A 54-year-old man was admitted for endoscopic mucosal resection. The lesion was located on pylorus ring. Normal saline was injected from duodenum. We did this method by retroflexed endoscopy in duodenal bulb. Due to this method, the lesion was observed easily from stomach and we could perform endoscopic mucosal resection. There is no stenosis of the pylorus ring. This method is available for the lesion on the pylorus ring.
