The occurrence of Ivemark syndrome with poly-splenia in sibs is presented in this paper. This is the fifth example of this case so far reported. Prenatal detection was made in the second child at nine months of pregnancy by means of abdominal fetal ECG and fetography. The two infants dealt with were recognized as poly-splenia with cardiovascular and abdominal visceral abnormalities at necropsy.
