Patient was 34-year old male and his chief complaints were abnormal pigmentation in the whole body, general exhacetion and anorexia. The results of the clinical examinations were typical and the Thorn test and Robinson Kepler power Water test were especially valuable to this diagnosis. Usually this incurable disease caused by tuberculous infection of the adrenalgland! and few cases of the complete cure were reported by treatment with the adrenal cortical hormon. We used tuberculous chemotherapeutics about 2 years and obtained excellent results.
