Abstract

We reported two cases of Bullous Pemphigoid with internal neoplasm. These patients were visited our clinic as a bullous skin disease and then we found internal neoplasm in both of them: case one had a carcinoma of uters, and case two had a carcinoma of stomach. After an operation of carcinoma uterii, neogenesis of bulla disappeared in case one. In case two, stomach cancer could not removed by operation because of numerous metastasis. It was suggested some relationship of pathogenesis between of bullous pemphigoid and internal neoplasm.
