An experimental arsine poisoning is tried for dogs, rabbits, cats, mice and pigeons, and following studies were carried out, their susceptivity to arsine, biochemical findings ofclinic and the degree of arsenal distribution in their bodies. “ASH3” was produced by adding water to Ca3AS2, and put into a chamber of 3 m3. The expected condensation was attained. Analysis was based on the method of Gutzeit. At these studies, the following results were obtained. (1) At the inhalation of 1530mg /m3 gas concentration for 10 minutes, tested animals were died or suffered sever toxic symptoms. At light gas a short time every day, they were died or suffered sever toxic symptoms. Comparatively speaking, dogs were to ASH3 : less susceptible (2) Concentration of erythrocytes and hemoglobin decreased remarkably reproductive function of erythrocytes was increased. (3) On the blood picture, lymphocytes decreased and neutrophilic leucocytes increased. reproductive function of leucocytes was increased. (4) Glucose and total albumen in blood decreased gradually. Rest nitrogen increased remarkably. (5) Inculution of CO2 and O2 in blood decreased gradually. (6) Inculution of arsen in blood transposed from erythrocytes to serum. (7) Arsen in urine was excreted for long time. (8) Inhalated arsen from lung destributed much in spleen, liver, lung, heart, and kidney, but in muscle, brain, pancreas, adrenal glands, and testicles destributed a little.
