抄録
A case of duodenal diverticula occuring in a 54 years old female is presented.The duodenal diverticula was hurried in the pancreas.
With opening the duodeuum, the diverticula isolated and invaginated into the lumen of duodenum, when the neck was ligated and oversewn. Then gastro-enteroanastomose with Braun's anastomose was performed.
Diastase in serum and urin increased in 3 days after operation due to trauma to the pancreas.
Without any other complication, patient completely healed.
