The authentic strains of the five species of the genus Candida such as C. bovina, C. brumptii, C. intermedia, C. solani and C. monosa were used for antigen analyses by means of slide aggultination method with monospecific or absorbed antisera homologous to antigens of the genera Candida, Hansenula, Saccharomyces and Debaryomyces. Then antiserum of a species was absorbed repeatedly with heated cells of several species of the genera Candida, Hansenula, Saccharomyces, Debaryomyces, Torulopsis and Pikia in order to find a new antigen, until the absorbed antiserum was exhausted. The new thermostable antigen 37, 38 and 39 were found. Antigenic structures of the four species except C. monosa were shown as follows : C. bovina has thermostable antigens 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 27, 28, 32 and 39, C. brumptii has antigens 1, 2 and 19, C. intermedia has antigens 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 24, 27 and 38, C. solani has antigens 1, 2, 5, 11, 12, 20, 21 and 37. But every species has no thermolabile antigen.
