Abstract
1. Non-nucleated cells were observed in Japanese embryos in the 6-th Week.
2. Loss of nuclei of the red blood cells of Japanese embryos was rapidly than European embryos.
3. At 9th week the non-nucleated cells have reached an average of 70%, at 1Oth week the average number of non-nucleated corpuscles was 94%.
4.The loss of the nuclei of the red blood cells has the relatian between the liver function.
5.The author find that the nucleus is lost by karyolysis and cxtrusion.
