Abstract
The author found the new staining method of the red blood cell's membrane and studied the hämolysis, aggulutination, anaemia, intoxikation by this new staining method.
The new staining method is following
1.Fixation
2.Staining solution;
I.0.001% Janusgreen solution
II.1% Eosin solution.
3.The erythccytmembrane was violett by this staing solution, and leucocyt and blood plattlet is green.
4.This staing method is very simple and is very usefull in clinical medicine.
