抄録
1. The effect of bilateral mammary artery ligation on coronary disease was discussed and the simplicity and the largesy benifical results were emphasized.
2. The ECG cnanges of 26 cases of coronary insufficiency and myocardial infarction placed under this surgical procedure was studied and a slight improvement was seen.
3. Those cases showing strong sclerotic changes in the mammary arteries during the operation did not show any improvements.
