People's Expectation and Attitude toward AI-assisted Courts

Abstract

This paper presents the preliminary results of my nation-wide internet survey on people's expectation and attitude toward AI-assisted Courts which uses experimental research design. Section 1 & 2 explains the components and their AI-models of legal decision-making and the merits and demerits thereof respectively. Section 3 reports the preliminary results, which was conducted in February 2019.
