Abstract

For a society with high uncertainty, it is necessary to have a selection of management approaches, where the diversity of human resource strategies and work styles is increasing. Reframing has been proposed as one of the methods for selecting appropriate management approaches, as it allows us to search for solutions by gaining new perspectives. Some past models clarify the process of reframing, although they target individuals. This paper analyzes management consultation cases. We organize reframing support knowledge and structured management knowledge. Two models to support reframing for managers have been proposed based on the results of our analysis. The first is a reframing support model for updating. The second is a reframing support model for reinforcement. The analysis revealed that management knowledge is correlated with reframing. The outcome of this study is this model will enable the sharing of knowledge and support approaches to solve management problems.
