Construction of a Dialogue Space consists of Multi-Chatbots

Abstract

This study aims to create a platform that facilitates the formation of individual opinions from vague ideas by exchanging diverse perspectives. People can achieve various goals such as problem-solving and opinion-sharing, by sharing positive and negative views, and relevant information, and analyzing the interpretation of results. Through this process, one can gain a deeper understanding of problems. To support the process of solidifying one's own ideas by considering unknown information and unexpected opinions, a dialogue space system using a group of chatbots is developed. This paper shows the design and management of chatbots that express various opinions that influence users’ opinion changes due to the diversity of viewpoints.
