A proposal of coevolutionary system between human organization and artificial intelligence to support problem solving

Application to improvement of employee well-being

Abstract

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and spread of IoT device, the organizations have tackled against various challenging problems by introducing such new technology. However, the expected value has not obtained or not maximized in many cases. There are several reasons, and in this report, we focus on two issues: human behavior and high-context data. In order to solve problems and keep creating value in the organizations, we believe that we need a system which supports problem solving activities and naturally encourage the growth of employees. We first explain the system concept, then report findings on data acquisition and analysis in order to apply the system concept for the improvement of employee well-being.
