An ectopic eruption tooth in the nasal cavity was rarely observed in daily dental treatment. Therefore, the number of case reports from the otorhinolangologist was much more than those from dentists and oral surgeons. We encountered an 8-year-old boy complaining of a white foreign body in the left nasal cavity. On radiological examination, a tooth-like whitish structure was observed, and it was diagnosed as an ectopic supernumerary tooth. Under general anesthesia, the supernumerary tooth, which looked like a canine tooth, was extracted. After the operation, the patient's course was going well and the symptom of nasal obstruction has disappeared.
