Cyclotriphosphazene-metal oxide hybrids were successfully prepared by heating a mixture of hexaethoxycyclotriphosphazene and metal chloride at 110°C. When the metal is Ti or Al, its amount in the hybrid is controlled by the composition of the starting solution formed from metal chloride, metal alkoxide and hexaethoxycyclotriphosphazene.
