Polydichlorophosphazene was obtained in thermal polymerization of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene according to our method. Polydibutoxyphosphazene and polydibenzyloxyphosphazene were synthesized by substitution of chlorine atoms in polydichlorophosphazene by butoxyl and benzyloxyl groups respectively. For the polymer fractions the dependence of reduced viscosity on the concentration was studied. For polydibenzyloxyphosphazene fractions, differently from polydibutoxyphosphazene, the dependence of reduced viscosity on concentration was not observed at low concentration. Determination of the reduced viscosity of polydibenzyloxyphosphazene fractions and its molar mass by the light scattering method let us calculated the Mark-Houwink coefficient's K and a by the graphical method: [η] = 2,55×10-5×M0.76. For the synthesized polymers the Mark-Houwink coefficients Kα and values of Ro and A2 let calculated the undisturbed parameters of dimension KR and solvent-polymer interaction parameter B. The calculated values of coil expansion coefficient αη, indicate the high flexibility of the synthesized polymers. The values of a square radius of gyration in solution Rgη, and Rgoη and the excluded volume parameters “z” were calculated as well
